液芯轧制的变形特点

Characteristic of Deformation of Steel Ingot with Liquid Core during Rolling

  • 摘要: 液芯轧制的变形属于两相(固相、液相)变形,是塑性变形的新领域。
    本文主要讨论液芯轧制时轧件的变形规律,如:在相同的压下制度时产生的不均匀宽展;轧后轧件纵向产生厚度差;轧件的总延伸和鱼尾量随轧件的液芯率而变化,在轧件表面产生交接痕及裂纹等。

     

    Abstract: Deformation of steel ingot with liquid core during rolling belongs to deformation of two-phase (solid and liquid)is a new domain of plastic deformation. At present, few information is available at home and abroad. We have very seldom seen theoretical analysis especially.
    This paper deal mainly with deformation law of steel ingot with liquid core, such as uneven spread produced under the same drafting schedule; longitudinal uneven gauge produced after rolling; total elongation and fish-tail change with liquid core rate of steel ingot; join mark and splits etc. produced surface of the rolled metal.
