冷连轧机板形控制因素的实测及计算

PRACTICAL MEASUREMENT AND CALCULATION TO CONTROL THE STRIP SHAPE IN CONTINOUS COLD ROLLING

  • 摘要: 带钢板形质量的提高,已成为当前生产中的重要问题。本文通过现场实测及理论计算,分析了原始板形,工作辊、支承辊型,弯辊力配置及热凸度等影响板形控制的主要因素,以寻求最佳板形的确定方法。

     

    Abstract: It is important to improve the quality of strip shape in present production. This paper offers some key factors which affect the strip shape, such as the original shape, patterns of work and back-up rolls, disposed of bending force and heat crown through the practical measurement and the theoratical calculation, in order to obtain an optimium strip shape.
