贝氏体球墨铸铁齿轮承载能力的研究

Research of the Carrying Capacity of Bainitic Ductile Iron Gears

  • 摘要: 本文通过130多对球铁齿轮承载能力的试验研究,证明贝氏体球铁齿轮的强度是所有类型球铁齿轮之冠,具有广阔的发展前途。
    作者对具有我国特色的两种球铁——铜钼贝氏体和钒钛贝氏体齿轮,进行了接触疲劳和弯曲疲劳的强度试验研究,得出了各自的S-N曲线及相应的疲劳极限值σ11m,从而为设计制造这种齿轮,提供了系统的数据,也可供增补“ISO”“齿轮承载能力计算方法”中球铁齿轮σ11m数据不足的参考。
    作者用试验所得的数据,用于有关单位齿轮攻关的实践中,也取得了良好的效果。

     

    Abstract: This paper is through the investegation of the result of life test over one hundred and thirty pairs of Bainitic Ductile Iron gears, perfectly prored that the tooth strength of gears made from this material is the highest of all sort ductile iron gears. Thereby it possesses a broad developing prospect.
    Authors have Conducted the pitting and bending durability test of gear tooth with tow sort materials of possessing ourselves, features ducctile iron -Copper-Malybdenum and Vanadium-Tiandium Bainitic and abtained the respective functions of S-N curve with reliability R = 0.99 and the relevant value of fatigue limit stress σFlim. Therefore it would supply the system datum to the design and manufacture of this sort gears and also would offer a referance for the "principle for the calculation of tooth strength of spur and helical gears" of " ISO" When it augment the inadequate datum of fatigue limit stress of ductile iron gears.
    Authors arc applying this datum abtaining from above test to tackle the practical are problem of gears in the industry also abtaining a good effects
