实体滚切中硬齿面齿轮滚削力的测试研究

A Study on Cutting Forces buring nobbing the Middle Hardness Gears

  • 摘要: 滚齿机上实体滚切中硬齿面齿轮是当前具有重大经济意义的一项加工技术。本文介绍了对硬度为HRC36~46(HB332~436)中硬齿面齿轮滚削力的测试结果,分析了各项切削条件变化对滚削力的影响,指出:HRC36~46中硬齿面齿轮的滚削力一般低于同材质软齿面齿轮的滚剖力,在此范围内,不同硬度齿面齿轮滚削力的变化幅度不大,但是,中硬齿面齿轮滚削力的梯度值大大超过同材质软齿面齿轮滚削力的梯度值,因此,滚切中硬齿面齿轮时更应注意滚齿过程的动载特性。测试结果表明:在合理的削切条件下,在普通滚齿机上实体滚切中硬齿面齿轮是完全可能的。

     

    Abstract: Hobbing the middle hardness surface gears with Hss tools is one of the important machining methods. This paper introduces the experimental results of cutting forces in the gears bobbing and discusses the effect of cutting conditions on the cutting forces of bobbing process. In spite of the faet that cutting forces for bobbing the middle hardness surfuce gears (HRc36-46) are weaker than those of soft surface gears of the same material, the cutting force gradient for bobbing the middle hardness surfuee gears is much higher than that of the soft surface gears. It is suggtsted that the attention be paid to dynamic characteristics of bobbing process. Besides, the experimental result shows that it is possible to machine the middle hardness surface gears on an ordinary bobbing machine under the rational cutting conditions.
