A Suggestion With Plane Quadratic Enveloping Worm Transmission for 5-50tf Trolley of Overhead Travelling Crane

  • 摘要: 本文简要分析了5~50tf桥吊起重小车运行机构减速器存在的问题及平面二次包络蜗轮付传动原理及传动特性。为改善小车运行机构的传动性能,建议在5~50tf系列桥吊小车中采用平面二次包络蜗轮付代替立式圆柱齿轮减速器。

     

    Abstract: This paper is briefly analysed the problems of travelling mechanism redactor on 5-50tf trolley overhead travelling Crane. The principle of plane quadratic enveloping worm transmission and its characteristic.
    It is suggestion that by means of the plane quadratic enveloping worm instead of of vertical type spur gear reductor in order to improving its transmission performance.
