连铸二冷区喷嘴冷态特性的实验研究

Research for cooling Characteristies of Secondary Cooling Nozzles in Continuous Casting Process

  • 摘要: 本文对连铸二冷区使用的不同结构喷嘴的冷态特性进行了实验研究。测定了不同喷水条件下喷嘴的水流密度分布,喷射张角及水滴粒径,讨论了喷水条件对喷嘴冷态特性的影响。

     

    Abstract: The cooling characteristic of sprag nozzles for different costructions are researched.The water distribution of spray flow, spray angles and water droplet seize in different spray condition are measured. The influence of nozzles ceonstruction and spray parameters on cooling characteristic are iscussed.
