蒸汽通入粉煤流化床时煤的气化

THE GASIFICATION OF PULVERIZED COAL IN THE FLUIDIZED-BED BY STEAM

  • 摘要: 本文重点讨论了粉煤流化床内蒸汽使煤气化时气化温度、流化速度及料层高度三因态对煤气产率、蒸汽分解率、容积气化强度及煤气质量诸气化指标的影响。实验中测取了不同实验条件下煤气成份和温度在流化床中的纵向分布。

     

    Abstract: The effect of changing the fluidized-bed temperature, fluidizing velocity and the bed height on performance is discussed in detail in this paper. Measured performance characteristics include gas rate, steam conversion, volumetric gasification intensity and gas quality.
    The distribution of contents of gas and the distribution of temperature along the height of fluidized-bed are achieved under different operating conditions.
