不同温度时效对GH220合金渗Al层的影响

Influence of different ageing temperatures on aluminide coating of GH220 Alloy

  • 摘要: 研究了时效温度及时间对渗Al层组织的影响。结果表明,时效渗Al层主要由外、内两层组成,外层包括Al2O3膜区,β—NiAl区及贫化区;内层为富C区及针状相区。重点讨论了渗Al层蜕化机制及针状相形成原因。

     

    Abstract: Influence of ageing temperatures and times on aluminide coating structure is investigated in this paper. The results show that aged aluminide coating consist mainly of the outer and the inner layers. The outer layer includes Al2O3 oxide zone, β-NiAl zone and denuded zone. The inner layer includes rich C zone and needlelike phase zone. It has been concentrated on discussion of exhaustion mechanizm and: of reasons, of needlelike phase formation in aluminide coating.
