浇注过程中钢液的吸氧量

On the Investigation of Absorption Oxygen from Air During Teeming Process

  • 摘要: 为了弄清钢流在浇注过程中受空气氧化的情况,进行了模型实验,得到的吸气公式为:
    \fracv_gv_1=2.433×10-2Fr0.4957·We0.3122·(h/D)0.3038
    还根据现场取样,分析浇注前后钢中氮含量以及氮氧之间关系,算出了钢液吸氧量,说明用上式估算钢水二次氧化程度是可行的。

     

    Abstract: In order to understand the air oxidation of molten steel during teeming the model experiments on the oxygen absorption of pouring stream were carried out.A theoretical formula of gas absorption is given. The results show that the content of oxygen came from air is calculated by using the relationship between the absorption rate ofN and O.
