FGH95和Rene'95合金热诱导孔隙的研究

The Study of Thermally Induced Porosity (TIP) in FGH95 and Rene' 95 P/M Superalloy

  • 摘要: 本文通过测定FGH95和Rene'95高温合金,末经热等静压制,在固溶处理前后的密度变化,研究了热等静压制品中热诱导孔隙(TIP)发生、发展的规律。研究表明:热诱导孔隙随固溶处理温度的升高而增加,随固溶处理时间的延长而增多。初步确定热诱导孔隙检验中的两个具体参数一固溶温度和时间。

     

    Abstract: The densities of HIPed compact of Rene'95 P/M superalloy were measured before and after the solution heat treatment to study the formation of TIP, and it's changes during heat treatment. The present work has found that the amount of TIP increases with the increase of temperature and the time of heating.The temperature and the time of the heat treatment are two important factors for the specification of TIP in powder metallurgy superalloys.
