强迫润滑拉拔——干粉润滑剂强迫润滑拉拔压力管的长度

On Forced Lubrication in Wire Drawing——Determination of Length of Pressure Nezzle under Forced Lubriration

  • 摘要: 采用本文设计的强迫润滑装置进行试验,测量出口钢丝表面润滑剂的附着量和温度,以及拉拔力与压力管长度和拉拔速度的关系,并和常规润滑拉拔进行了比较。通过试验和理论公式,给出了压力管较适宜的长度。

     

    Abstract: The forced lubrication can be reached with a pressure nozzle and die which was constructed in the form of concentric shaft mould core. The forced lubrication decreases in drawing force and the thick lubricant film between the die and a wire can be increased greatly. The surface lubricant weight and surface temperature of the wire are measured by using the divice of forced lubrication designed in this paper. The relation of drawing force with nozzle length and drawing speed is drawn. The experimental value and the theoretical formula can be used on the design of nozzle suitable length.
