温度分布状态对锻件锻造变形的影响

Effect of Temperature Distribution on Forging Deformation of Forgings

  • 摘要: 运用温度场的数值计算和模拟实验相结合的方法,对中心压实法(J.T.S.法)锻造工艺不同冷却方式,即空冷和喷水激冷对大型锻件内部的温度梯度分布和变化进行了分析比较,并研究了锻件的较佳温度分布和达到这一分布的有效途径。

     

    Abstract: The method combined numerical calculation of temperature field with modelling experiments was used to analyse and compare the internal temperature gradient distribution and the change of large forgings caused by air-cooling and spary water cooling in J. T. S. forging process. The optimum internal temperature distribution of large forgings and effective way to get the optimum temperature distribution were investigated.
