南钢15t复吹转炉的冶金特点及最佳工艺

Metallurgical Characterics and the Most Rational Blowing Rule of 15 Ton Combined Blowing Converter

  • 摘要: 对南京钢铁厂15t复吹转炉在各种不同复合吹炼制度下的脱磷、成渣途径、升温制度以及喷溅等情况进行了深入、系统地分析和比较,并在此基础上提出了一个适合于南钢现行复吹生产条件下的最佳工艺方案。

     

    Abstract: It is compared that dephosphorization reactions, slagmaking pa-thes, temperature curves, stoppings of combined blowing process under various blowing conditions in theory. On the basis of aboved, the most rational blowing rule fitting for current operating conditions is produced of Nanjing Iron and Steel Works.
