WMVE工艺——一种制取M2粉末高速钢棒材的新工艺

WMVE Process——A New Process for Making High Speed Steel M2 Bars

  • 摘要: 通过对高氧含量水雾化M2高速钢粉(W)的磁选(M)、真空松装烧结(V)及热挤压(E)的研究,提出了WMVB新工艺。用这种工艺不仅能以高氧含量的水雾化粉末生产性能与熔炼钢相当的冶金产品,而且经济可行,适用于我国当前的冶金工业。

     

    Abstract: A new process-WMVE process has been developed after investigations on magnetic separation(M), vacuum loose sintering(V) and hot extrusion (E) of water atomized powders(W) with high oxygen contents. Metallurgical products with properties which are equivalent to those of melted steel can be produced with this process cost-effectively. WMVE process is suitable to be used in present Chinese metallurgical industry.
