微量的固溶氧对α-Ti/β-Ti相对稳定性的影响

Effect of A Little Oxygen in Solid Solution on the Relative Stability Between α-Ti and β-Ti Phases

  • 摘要: 本文利用Ti-O二元相图及相关的热化学数据计算了微量的固溶氧在α-Ti和β-Ti中对Ti活度系数的影响,并用获得的活度系数分析了微量的固溶氧对α-Ti和β-Ti相对稳定性地影响,进而定性的解释了不同实测Ti-Al相图存在较大差异的原因。

     

    Abstract: The activity coefficient of Titanium in α-Ti and β-Ti phases were obtained from Ti-O binary phase diagram and some relative thermochemical data. Further, the effect of oxygen, which was quite a few amount and dissolved in Titanium, on the relative stability between α-Ti and β-Ti was discussed. The difference of Ti-Al binary phase diagrams among different author's experimental's was explained qualitatively.
