高炉直吹管条件下粉煤热解前的传热分析

Heat Transfer Analysis of Pulverized Coal before Pyrolysis in Condition of BF Blast Tube

  • 摘要: 分析了高炉直吹管条件下粉煤粒子在热解之前的传热状态;建立了粉煤粒子的传热模型,并进行了计算机求解。结果表明:(1)粉煤粒子在热解前的传热情况对粉煤的快速热解非常重要;(2)热风和粒子的速度差及粒径对Nu数影响很大,热解前辐射传热比对流换热更重要;(3)在目前国内条件下,煤粒子直径在300μm以下较合适;(4)煤粒(>1μm)在热解前不能视为薄体。

     

    Abstract: The analysis of heat transfer situation of pulverized coal before pyrolysis was made inside the blast tube, and a math model was developed and solved with computer. The results show:(l)The situation of heat transfer before pyrolysis (espcially the radiation) is very important for quick pyrolysis of coal, (2) Pulverized coal lower than 300 μm is favorable, (3)The pulverized coal should not be regarded as thin wall.
