氮对灰铸铁初生奥氏体二次枝晶组织的影响

Effect of Nitrogen on the Secondary Dendrite of Primary Austenite of Grey Cast Iron

  • 摘要: 采用单向凝固方法研究了氮对Fe-C-Si和Fe-C-Si-Mn灰铸铁初生奥氏体二次枝晶组织的影响.结果指出,氮使Fe-C-Si-Mn灰铸铁初生奥氏体二次臂间距减小,二次枝晶组织细化.

     

    Abstract: The effect of nitrogen on the secondary dendrite of primary austenite of Fe-C-Si and Fe-C-Si-Mn grey cast irons was studied through unidirectional solidification. The distribution of nitrogen in solid and liquid phases of the alloys during the growth process of the primary austenite was determined, and the acting mechanism of nitrogen on secondary dendrite of primary austenite was discussed.
