Calculation and Experimental Determination of Parameters Related to Extended Grain Boundary

  • 摘要: 研究了扩展晶界面积密度的体视学测估问题,导出了利用实际晶界面积密度和第二相体积密度计算扩展晶界面积密度导致的系统误差的计算公式,并提出直接实验测估的3种方法,经实例演示和验证,这些方法可消除上述系统误差,保证界面交互作用的体现学定量描述的准确性.

     

    Abstract: Problems related with evaluation of surface density, Svgb(ext), of "extended grain boundary" have been studied. An equation has been derived to calculate the systematic error introduced by inferring Svgb(ext) bed on the surface density of the real portion of grain boundary and the volume fraction of second phase, and three methods for direct measurement of extended grain boundary have for proposed to eliminate the systematic error Some case studies have been conducted and demonstiated that the methods proposed can avoid the inferring error and ensure the accuracy for stereological characterization of the interaction between the grain boundary and the surface of second phase.
