Influential Function Method Model of Axial Force of 4-H Strip Mill under the Condition of Non-Symmetry Rolling—Study on the Axial Mechanical Behavior of 4-H strip mills (Ⅲ)

  • 摘要: 本文利用影响函数分析方法对辊系的轴向特性进行了分析,除讨论了辊系不对称变形而引起的轴向力外,还讨论了在交叉情况下,辊系受力不均匀及由此造成的变形不对称对轴向力计算理论的影响.

     

    Abstract: The axial mechanical characters of roll system of 4-H strip mill are analyed with influential function method. The axial force of rolls caused by the non-symmetry rollling condition of roll system is discussed, besides, the effect of non-avrage force of the roll system and non-symmetry deformation on the calculating theory of axial form is studied under the condition of crossing rolls.
