铝合金流动应力数学模型

Mathematical Model of the Flow Stress of Aluminium Alloys

  • 摘要: 采用恒应变速率凸轮塑性计,对4种铝合金的流动应力进行了实验研究,分析了变形温度、应变速率及应变率对流动应力的影响.通过对5种不同结构型式的流动应力数学模型的回归分析比较,提出了拟合精度较高的4个铝合金流动应力的数学模型,并给出了数学模型的回归系数值.

     

    Abstract: The flow stresses of four aluminium alloys have been studied using a cam plastometer. The effects of deformation temperature, strain rate and stain on flow stresses of the aluminium alloys were examined. Acoording to the analysis with regression and comparison between the mathematical models of flow stresses of five types, a mathematical model of flow stresses with great confidence of the four aluminium alloys is proposed, and its regression coefficient is also recommended.
