大功率晶体管的动态负载自适应驱动

Loadamitic Self-adapting Drive for GTR

  • 摘要: 本文分析了PWM放大器晶体管各阶段的工作状态,给出最佳基极驱动电流波形并提出了根据晶体管负载状况自动调节基极驱动电流的动态负载自适应技寿,采用此项技寿设计的驱动电路已经几年运行考核,解决了晶体管控制系统的关键难题.

     

    Abstract: The GTR staged work state of PWM amplifer is analysed. A optimum base driving current waveform is given out. And loadamitic self-adapting technique, which adjusts base driving current according to GTR load state, is advanced. Drive circuits being designed by the technoque has worked for years and won approval. The crux of GTR control system has been solved.
