Model of the Hot Strip Mill Coiling Temperature Control System

  • 摘要: 本文提供了一个建立卷取温度控制模型的新方法,即从输出辊道带钢温降理论模型的解析解出发,构造在线模型,然后对在线模型的结构、参数进行显著性检验,最后提出了控制方案.经与现场实测数据比较,该模型具有较高的拟合精度.

     

    Abstract: A new method to development of on-line model of coiling temperature control on the runout table was discussed. The on-line model was deduced the the analytic solution of the theoretical model. Significance tests of the structure and parameters of the on-line model have been down. Finally,a control procedure is presented. The model's reliability is proved by experimental results.
