AGC-AFC综合系统解耦控制

AGC-AFC Complex System Decouple Control

  • 摘要: 分析了板材轧制控制过程,给出了板厚板形综合系统(AGC-AFC)反馈闭环控制的数学模型;对AGC-AFC系统进行了解耦;引进Smith预估器补偿系统延迟环节的影响;最后采用PID方法实现对AGC-AFC系统的控制.仿真实验结果显示了上述方法的有效性.

     

    Abstract: This paper analyses the process of automatic gauge control/automatic flatness control(AGC-AFC) system,presents the feedback close-loop control model of AGC-AFC complex systems,and decouples AGC-AFC systems.Them Smith predictor is used to compensate the effect of delay link,and the concise PID controller of AGC-AFC are designed.The result of simulation prove the effectiveness of the algorithm.
