Application of PDS Software in the Blast Furnace Designing

  • 摘要: 本文介绍了当前工厂设计软件的种类和应用情况及PDS软件的适用范围。通过介绍一号高炉的PDS建模过程,叙述了如何对PDS数据库进行增补,使之适合高炉工艺的特点,并通过实体模型的建立,解决高炉设计中存在的问题。

     

    Abstract: This arcticle first introduces the sort and application of the present software on plant design. The applicable range of PDS software produced by Intergraph corporation. The paper explains:The establishment of PDS model; How to make supplement to a PDS database to apply to the blast furnace; How to settle the problem in designing of a blast furnace.
