CAS工艺合金熔化与溶解过程调查及实验

Investigation and Experimental Studies on the Alloy Melting and Dissolving Behaviours in Liquid Steel in CAS Process

  • 摘要: 炉外精炼CAS操作的一个主要的优越性就是合金收得率较常规吹氩法大大提高,但实际调查表明,铝的回收率并未达到最佳,而且合金回收率的波动也比较严重,这些问题均给实际操作带来困难,本文针对这些问题从理论和实验两方面进行了探讨,给出了优化操作的一些基本考虑。

     

    Abstract: One of the advantages of CAS process is the more higher yield of alloy than the conventional argon bubbling process. But in practice, the yield of Al does not reach the maximum and the stability of alloy recovery are not satisfactory. These problems bring about the difficulties of CAS. operation. So theoritical and experimental analysis are given to solve these problems.
