电渣重熔钢水离心浇铸用熔渣

Molten Slag for the Centrifugal Casting with the Remelted Steel Water

  • 摘要: 有衬电渣炉炼制的钢水进行离心浇注的过程中,选定CaO-SiO2-CaF2-Na2O-Al2O3-MgO渣系,按给定渣系成分的熔渣进行带渣离心浇注试验.试验结果表明:新渣系未对浇注钢水产生任何污染,形成的渣皮非常均匀,厚度仅在1~2mm之间,有效地防止了表面裂纹和气孔的产生。

     

    Abstract: The molten slag belonged to the CaO-SiO2-CaF2-Na2O-Al2O3-MgO slag system is tested in the centrifugal casting with the remelted steel water, the domestic composition of the used slag is decided from the given method. The results of the experiment show that the new slag system do not produce any pollution to the steel water for pouring, the slag lining on the ingot surface is very even and thin, its thichness is only l~2mm, the surface crackle and gas hole are prevented effectively.
