多轴应力下蠕变疲劳寿命预测

Life Prediction of Creep-Fatigue Interaction under Multiaxial Stress

  • 摘要: 通过对不同应变保持时间下的拉压、扭转和拉扭组合高温疲劳试验结果的分析,揭示了高温多轴应力下蠕变-疲劳失效行为的主要因素,进而提出了简捷有效的寿命计算模型和计算方法。

     

    Abstract: Analysis of experiment result of low-cycle tension-compression, torsion and tension-torsion fatigue with holding time has been done. The main factors of influencing failures of combined creep and fatigue under multiaxial stress and high temperature are re'examinated, and the simple model calculating method to predict the fatigue life are worked. It is verified that calculating method has a good practicability.
