Microstructure of Spray Formed MA SiCp/Al Composites

  • 摘要: 采用机械合金化方法制备SiCp/Al复合材料粉末,以喷涂方式成形,对不同喷涂方式得到的涂层的显微结构进行对比,并着重对爆炸喷涂所获得的独特组织结构-Al2O3非晶相和弥散分布的SiCp,进行了观察和分析。

     

    Abstract: The SiCp/Al composite powders are prepared by mechinical alloying and formed by spraying.The microstructure of the sprayed layers which were formed by different method is compared.The amorphous Al2O3 and dispersive SiCp formed by explosive spring was analysised mainly.
