CaO-B2O3熔渣中氮的热力学计算模型

Thermodynamic Calculating Model of Nitrogen in CaO-B2O3 Slag Melt

  • 摘要: 根据炉渣结构的共存理论,推导了CaO-B2O3渣系热力学计算模型,并且理论计算的CaO,B2O3的作用浓度与实测的活度值非常一致。由此说明了该模型的合理性。在此基础上,找出了炉渣结构与渣中氮含量的关系,并分析了其有关的物理意义。研究结果认为:渣中氮含量与炉渣结构密切相关.

     

    Abstract: On the basis of the coexistence theory of slag structure. the thermodynamic calculating model of CaO-B2O3 slag melt was deduced. The agreements between calculated NCaO, NB2O3 and measured acao aB2O3 are well. The relationship of nitrogen solution in CaO-B2O3 slag with mass action concentrations of structural units has been suggested and the related physical means are discussed. The nitrogen solution in CaO-B2O3 slag is closely connected with the slag structure.
