Mathematical Model of Heat Transfer in the Post Combustion Process in the BOF

  • 摘要: 在作者对二燃烧过程中气体流动及燃烧研究的基础上提出了二次燃烧过程热量传输的数学模型,并用该模型研究了180t转炉内不同二次燃烧时期、不同二次氧枪设计的情况下各种传热机理的贡献及总的热量传输效率问题.

     

    Abstract: Based on the research on gas flow and post-combustion in basic oxygen steelmaking furnace (BOF) by authers,a mathematical model about heat tranisfer has been developed. In the different periors and different design of subhole nozzel, heat transfer by different form and total heat transfer were obtained in the 180t BOF.
