大型多孔氧枪喷头射流速度分布的数学模型

Mathematical Model of Velocity Distribution in Flow Field of Multijet for Large Scale Oxygen Lance

  • 摘要: 基于对超音速自由射流速度衰减、分布参数的新的研究结果,在单股射流流场一阶动量迭加的基础上,采用以射流中心线偏转所引起各点速度偏移和在多股射流相互作用区内引入抽引系数的两步修正法,建立起多股射流流场速度分布的数学模型。模型计算结果能较好地描述多股射流流场速度分布的特征,与实验结果较好符合.

     

    Abstract: A mathematical model for velocity distribution of multijet was developed based on the new relationship between two paraneters Kj and λj which describe the velocity distribution for the supersonic jet and the linear momentum superposition of single jet with two steps of correction, the inclination of jet centerline and the suction coeffcient. Calculated values are in good agreement with experiment results.
