固体颗粒对滑阀运动副表面的作用

Effect of Solid Particle on Spool Valves Surfaces

  • 摘要: 建立了固体颗粒与滑阀运动副的简化模型;讨论了固体颗粒对运动副表面的作用形式,指出:颗粒强度、颗粒与运动副间隙的相对大小及运动副的表面硬度是影响颗粒对运动副表面作用形式的主要因素。

     

    Abstract: The simple mould of solid particle and spool valve is established. The effect patterns of particle on spool valve surfaces is discussed. It is pointed out that the particle's strength, the relative size of particle and clearance of valve, the hardness of valve surfaces are the important factors which affect the effect patterns.
