不锈钢较粗粉末的注射成形

Injection Molding of Coarser Stainless Steel Powder

  • 摘要: 研究了粒度为-200目的不锈钢316粉末的注射成形。通过原材料的选择、注射成形工艺和性能测试等实验工作发现,用较粗粉末(较一般注射成形用粉末粒度而言)作注射成形,也可以得到密度较高的制品,并且有较稳定的收缩率,很好的韧性和硬度。说明用不锈钢粉末注射成形法制造生产实际中的零件是完全可行的。

     

    Abstract: The injection molding of stainless steel 316 powder (-200 mesh) is studied. Through the election of materials, procedure of injection molding and properties measurement, the research work is found that it is possible to make injection molding using coarser powder(comparing with the usual injection molding powder) and to get samples with higher density, stable sintering shrinkage, better tenacity and hardness. It is feasible to produce practical parts with the method of stainless steel powder injection molding.
