内衬陶瓷钢管陶瓷层中铁铝尖晶石的形成机理

Formation Mechanism of Hercynite Contained in Ceramic Layer of Ceramic Lined Steel Pipe

  • 摘要: 通过理论分析和试验,研究了内衬陶瓷复合钢管陶瓷层中铁铝尖晶石(FeO·Al2O3)的含量、分布和形成机理,结果表明:陶瓷层中铁铝尖晶石含量降低到5.6%,并孤立分布于Al2O3晶界,从而显著提高了陶瓷层的耐蚀性能。

     

    Abstract: An investigation on the amount, the distribution, and the formation mechanism of hercynite (FeO. Al2O3) contained in the ceramic layer of ceramic lined steel pipes is performed by means of theoretical analysis and experiment. As a result,the amount of hercynite is decreased to 5.6%, and hercynite is isolated in Al2O3 grain boundary to improve the corrosion resistance of ceramic layers.
