K6合金铸造叶片质量分析

Quality Analysis of Cast K6 Alloy Blades

  • 摘要: 应用金相显微镜和扫描电镜以及X射线能谱分析了K6合金铸造叶片的质量问题。结果表明:K6合金铸造叶片报废的主要原因在于非金属夹杂物在浇注成型时混入合金叶片中造成的。因此需要严格控制K6母合金质量和选择合理的重熔浇注工艺参数。

     

    Abstract: The defective cast blades blanks of K6 alloy are examined by means of optical, Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and Energy Dispersive X-ray Spetrum (EDS). The results show that the main reason of discarded blades is the existence of non-metallic inclusions in cast K6 alloy getting into cast blades blanks in process of casting mould. Therefore, it is necessary to control the quality of raw and processed materials of K6 alloy and to select suitable technological parameters for melting and casting.
