LHJ浮选柱中的气泡特性

Bubble Properties in LHJ Flotation Column

  • 摘要: 采用光-电探针法对LHJ浮选柱下导管内气泡尺寸及局部含气率进行了测定。考察了浮选柱结构参数及流物化参数各固素对浮选柱气泡直径及局部含气的影响.结果表明,流动压力,径向和轴向位置,pH值及起泡剂对气泡直径和含气率都有影响,而起泡剂的加入能明显降低气泡直径,同时提高含气率。

     

    Abstract: Bubble sizes and gas hold-up are important parameters of flotation column.bubble sizes and local gas hold-up in downflow pipe of LHJ column were determined with electro-optical probe method in this paper.the affection of bubble sizes and local gas hold-up of LHJ column by column structure parameters and fluid physic-chemical parameters was investigated. The results showed that fluid pressure,radial and axial position of downflow pipe, pH and dosage of frother all have effection on the bubble sizes and local gas hold-up, and that addition of frother can obviously decrease the mean bubble size and mean while increase the gas hold-up.
