  • 摘要: 通过对包头地区产业部门科技投入与产出关系的研究,运用生产函数法分解常规投入产出表中第三象限净产值,建立了包头市1992年工业部门价值型科技投入产出模型.该模型与一般投入产出模型不同,它不仅可反映科技部门自身的产出,还可以反映科技通过固定资产、劳动对象以及劳动力对经济系统各部门总产出作出的贡献,这种贡献比科技自身的产出更重要.利用这一模型可以定量地分析科技进步对各产业部门产出的作用,测定各产业的科技进步水平,研究产业发展与科技进步的相互关系,预测科技投资的发展趋势等.

     

    Abstract: After the study of the scientific and technological input-output relations among economic sections in Baotou District, 1992 Science & Technology Input-output Model of Baotou city was set up by seperating the net value inputs using the production function. This model determined not only the output of the scientific and technological department, but also its contribution to each economic section through the assets, work object and labor factors. Based on this model, It can be quantitatively calculated the impacts of science and technology development on each section output, the level of the development itself, the interrelations between each department and the development, and the tendency of the science and technology investment. etc.
