Level-decision Model of Quality Management for State-owned Enterprises

  • 摘要: 从对我国国有大中型企业的现状分析出发,依据当代质量管理理论和系统论原理,提出了一种与ISO 9000-GB/T 19000系列标准相结合的、可用于这类企业的质量管理层次决策模式.

     

    Abstract: Presents a discussion on the environment and condition of state-owned enterprises. Based on the theory of TQM and the principle of system engineering, it proposes a level-decision model of quality management which can be implemented in these enterprises.
