  • 摘要: 从决策过程的阶段、分类和决策中的理性3个方面对几种有代表性的决策过程理论进行简要的分析与比较.

     

    Abstract: Studies on organizational decision making process have produced a number of theories and models with different focuses and theoretical arguments. This paper compares briefly some of the influential ones from three aspects.
