1350铝箔轧机轧制压力的数学模型

Mathematical Model for Rolling Force of 1350 Foil Mill

  • 摘要: 通过实测获得的大量数据,并以轧制理论为基础,选择了比较合适的模型结构.利用最小二乘法回归出铝箔轧制压力数学模型,模型精度可以满足工程应用的要求.

     

    Abstract: A large quantities of on-site datum were sampled. On the basis of the classical rolling force theory areasonable structure with regard to the model has been selected.The mathematical model is regressed with the least squares method and the same time adaptive algorithm is put forward, analysis of the accuracy is also presented.
