Plasto-elastic Analysis on Stress Fields of Hydraulic Screwdown Cylinder and Its Optimal Design

  • 摘要: 提出了液压压下缸的力学模型.应用弹塑性理论进行应力分析,用复合形法对液压缸进行结构优化,并提出应用实例.

     

    Abstract: A practical mechanical model for a hydraulic cylinder is put forword. By the aid of plasto-elastic theory, the stress analysis is carried out.The complex method is adopted to optimize design parameters of the cylinder. Tests gave satisfactory results.
