Design of Distributed Computer System for Some Blast Furnace

  • 摘要: 介绍了包钢4号高炉的计算机系统组成及其实现方法。该计算机系统(BGBFS)由上位机(又称过程计算机)和下位机所组成,前者完成过程监控、生产管理及操作指导等任务,后者负责过程检测及相关环节的控制任务。

     

    Abstract: The construction and application of the distributed computer system for the No. 4 Blast Furnace in Baotou Iron and Steel Corporation were described. The computer system consists of two parts:basic detection and control computers and process computers. The former is responsible for the sampling of real-time signals and the automatic control, while the latter accomplishes the data processing, the operation of expert systems, the prediction of the working status of the BF and the communication among computers.
