高校计算机辅助优选科研项目申报决策系统设计

Computer Designing Decision-making System of Science andResearch Items in the University

  • 摘要: 提出建立计算机辅助优选科研项目申报决策系统.该系统根据申报项目所提供的信息,提出分析评价的6项指标,又将每一指标分成3个等级,确定指标权重值和等级标度值,通过计算机程序将指标转化成相应的等级分值,综合打分,并实现建库、优化决策、查询、删除、追加、打印等任务。

     

    Abstract: Put forward to establishing the declaring and decision-making system of science and research items in the universities. The system consists the advanced 6 targets of analysis and estimation and devide every target into 3 scales on the informal ton supplied by declaring items. So make certain target proportion and scale demarcation value, then through computer programs transform the target into relevant scale value, systhesiz-ing and marking, and carry out to estabilishing database, optimizing decision-making, demanding, deleting, superaddition, printing, and so on.
