分形维数在滚动轴承故障诊断中应用

Application of Fractal Dimension in Fault Diagnosis of Rolling Bearing

  • 摘要: 将分形维数用于刻划滚动轴承在不同故障状态下表现的非线性行为,进而对轴承的运行状态进行判别.实验结果表明,滚动轴承振动信号在不同运行状态下的分形维数是不同的,可以将分形维数做为识别滚动轴承故障的特征量。

     

    Abstract: The fractal dimension was applied to describe the non-linear behavior of rolling bearing in different fault conditions and to classify the state of rolling bearing. The experiment results show that the fractal dimension of the vibration signal of rolling bearing is different in different fault conditions and can be used as the characteristics for recognizing the rolling bearings fault.
