无限冷硬球铁轧辊去应力退火温度的确定

Confirmation of Annealing Temperature to Eliminate Cast Stress of Infinitely Chilled Ductile Cast Iron Roller

  • 摘要: 通过比较无限冷硬球铁轧辊经过不同温度退火处理后组织和硬度的变化,测定了该材质在凝固和冷却过程中的铸造应力,在此基础上提出了无限冷硬球铁轧辊去应力退火处理的温度为400℃左右.

     

    Abstract: The structure and hardness of infinitely chilled ductile cast iron roller after heat treatment under different temperatures were compared and the cast stress of the alloy during solidification and cooing was determined.Based on these experiment results, the temperature for annealing heat treatment to eliminate cast stress is around 400℃.
