角钢成形过程三维有限元热力耦合模拟

Simulation of Angle Steel Rolling with Three-Dimensional Coupled ThermoMechanical FEM

  • 摘要: 应用MARC/autoforge商用有限元程序,采用大变形弹塑性有限元方法对角钢的轧制过程进行了三维有限元热力耦合模拟.对模拟过程中涉及到的变形、温度场和宽展等进行了分析和探讨,重点分析了角钢异形孔中轧件的变形和应力分布.数值模拟的结果和现场实际轧制的情况进行了对比,结果证明数值模拟结果与实际轧制情况相符合.

     

    Abstract: With the help of commercial finite element software MARC/Autoforge, angle steel rolling process using large strain elasto-plastic coupled thermo-mechanical finite element method was simulated. The problems of metal deformation, temperature field and spread were analysed and key point was placed to distribution of deformation and stress in rolling process. Simulation results compared with rolling practice which shows numerical simulation is good agreement with rolling practice.
