电脉冲作用下T8钢凝固组织的改变

Improvement of T8 Steel Solidification Structure by Electropulse Treatment

  • 摘要: 对高于熔点、含碳0.8%的T8钢液使用电脉冲进行处理.将处理过的T8钢液正常空冷,得到了晶粒明显细化、枝晶发达程度大大减小的凝固组织.并且发现经过电脉冲处理后的T8钢的珠光体形态发生了显著的变化,片层间距缩短.根据实验结果推导了脉冲电压和凝固晶粒个数的经验公式.

     

    Abstract: The Grain sizes of solidification structure of T8 liguid steel were reduced significantly after electropulse treat ment. The form of dendrites was disappearing when the electropulse voltage rose. The shape of steel perlites was also changed after electropulse. A empirical equation was obtained between the number of crystals and electropulse voltage.
