树脂复合轻质夹层钢板弯曲成形性的数值模拟

FEM Simulation on Bending Formability of Resin Composite Lightweight Steel Sheets

  • 摘要: 利用ANSYS有限元软件模拟分析了树脂复合轻质极的弯曲成形性能.轻质板是夹层板,弯曲过程中,外层钢板易产生相对错动量.因此对轻质板内部的应力应变状态进行分析,研究模具参数和板料的复合结构以及中间层树脂的材料参数对错动量的影响,同时对弯曲后的回弹和剪切应力的情况进行了分析.

     

    Abstract: The ANSYS simulation software has been used to analyze the bending formability of resin composite lightweight steel sheet. Because the lightweight steel sheet is composite, the outside steel sheet produces relative slipping-off change during the bending. So the inner stress-strain situation, the effect of material parameters and tool parameters, composite structure and intermediate-layer resin of lightweight sheet on slippingoff change have been analyzed. At the same time, the spring-back and searin stress situation after bending have been discussed also.
