湿式多盘制动器的模拟退火算法优化设计

Simulated Annealing Algorithm Optimize Design on Wet Multiple Brakes

  • 摘要: 应用模拟退火算法成功地解决了设计变量为连续和离散混合变量的湿式多盘制动器多目标优化设计问题,将经过改进的模拟退火算法应用到湿式多盘制动器的多目标优化设计中,可获得满意的优化设计结果.实际优化设计结果表明,应用模拟退火算法进行湿式多盘制动器零部件结构尺寸的优化设计是可行且高效的,它可在工程结构优化设计领域中推广应用.

     

    Abstract: Simulated annealing algorithm have been applied to optimize design of wet multiple brakes involving the mixing design variable on the combination of continuous and discrete design variable. Simulated Annealing Algorithm to be improved was applied to optimize design of multi-objective functions on wet multiple brakes, which may obtain satisfactory optimum design result. The optimum design results indicate that simulated annealing algorithm, which is applied to optimize design of wet multiple brakes, is feasible and high effective. This algorithm may be applied to optimize design of engineering structure widely.
