连铸坯液相穴长度的测定研究

Measurement of Liquid Core Length of Continuously Cast Slabs

  • 摘要: 介绍了两种测量液相穴长度的方法——射钉法和数学模型法.将射钉法所测量的结果与数学模型计算的结果进行了比较,结果表明,射钉法具有测量准确,成本低廉等优点,值得推广使用.

     

    Abstract: The pin shooting and the heat transfer model were used to measure the liquid core length of continuously cast slabs. The results show that these two methods accord with each other very well. It is concluded that the pin shooting is an effective way and worthy of being recommended for its accuracy and low cost.
